Q: Are your furniture pieces brand new?
Yes! Every piece at Second Furniture is brand new, never used, and quality-checked before it ships. We just like to give your space a “second” look—fresh and elevated.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our pieces are limited-run, but if something’s sold out, drop us a message—we’ll let you know if a restock is coming or recommend something even better.
Q: Can I see the furniture in person?
We’re currently online-only (for now!), but we include detailed photos, sizing, and materials so you know exactly what you’re getting. Have a question about fit, fabric, or vibe? Just ask—we love to help.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship out within 3–5 business days and arrive in 7–10 days. Oversized pieces or custom orders might take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on most items. For heavy or oversized furniture, a flat fee may apply—this will be clearly shown at checkout.
Q: Do you offer assembly or white-glove delivery?
For select items, yes! If white-glove service is available for your order, you’ll see the option at checkout.
